Medical Plans
Exstream Software offers a comprehensive top-tier medical program pre-bundled with
"extra" benefits all effective the first day of hire. Exstream Software employees
can choose one of two medical insurance plans offered through Anthem Blue Cross
and Blue Shield - an HMO and a PPO (preferred provider organization). Below is a

401K
Exstream Software currently provides a 401k plan to all employees. Exstream Software matches $0.50
per $1.00 on the first four (4%) percent of total annual compensation that the employee
contributes to a maximum employer match of $1,500 per year. Fidelity Investments
is the current plan Trustee. We accept rollovers from any qualified plan.
Personal Time Off
Exstream Software provides employees with 3 weeks per year of "personal time" that employees may utilize for either sick or vacation purposes. This time is accrued on a 5 hours per pay basis (semi-monthly payroll) for a total of 120 hours per year. Accrual balances roll over into the next year if there is any time remaining. Accruals will continue to build up to a maximum of one and a half times the yearly accrual.
After four years of service, employees begin to accrue personal time at the rate of 4 weeks per year (6.67 hours per pay).
Relocation Assistance
In order to facilitate the relocation of new or existing employees, Exstream may
provide the following benefits to employees that qualify. Qualification requires
management approval.
Executive-level candidates:
- Payment for a moving service to relocate the employee to new location. Payment would
allow for the move to be completed entirely by third party. Individual must obtain
two bids and one must be from company designated relocation specialist.
- Up to two trips to city to arrange for relocation. Exstream will pay for airfare
for two individuals on two different occasions and up to 7 days of travel based
on the Exstream travel policy.
- Payment of temporary housing for up to three months.
Housing allotment will be based on family size. All other staff.
All Other Staff:
- Same as Executive-level except the company will not pay for packing.

One trip to city to arrange for relocation. Exstream will pay for airfare for two
individuals and up to 3 days of travel based
on the Exstream travel policy.
- Payment of temporary housing for up to two months. Housing allotment will be based on family
size.
