The DXF (Dialogue Exchange Format) Quark converter allows you to convert Quark layouts into fully modifiable Dialogue files—and back into Quark so designers can make last minute changes during production.
Automated content control processes send e-mail notifications to different business groups when objects are ready for approval.
Compliance support allows you to easily manage content by effective dates and jurisdictions so administrators can ensure appropriate content is automatically included in documents.

You can visually map data directly into Dialogue from a wide variety of file formats including columnar, delimited, print, XML, ODBC sources, and COBOL copybooks.
Through the Dynamic Data Access (DDA) module and connectors, you can read/write to application systems like CRM and ERP, message queues and other enterprise systems for real-time processing.

Dialogue Real-time is an on-demand document service solution that integrates with your existing message layer(s) and custom-built system(s) to produce fully personalized documents in real time.
Dialogue’s on-demand document processing capabilities give customer service representatives, agents, and other customer-facing staff the speed they need to meet immediate customer demands. Using connectors or web services, Dialogue Real-time is an on-demand document service capability that encompasses the real-time engine, Dynamic Data Access (DDA) module, and connector(s) to your pre-existing message queues or middleware. This open architecture approach allows you to send requests for documents through a message queue to Dialogue, which remains in wait mode until a request is received. You can create and deliver any type of document in real time using your custom-built applications to drive the process.
Dialogue’s high-volume production capabilities allow you to substantially reduce postage costs and the number of mailings by householding documents—consolidating multiple applications into a single document, like statements and newsletters, and supporting many different paper sizes and output options.
