TIAA-CREF Selects Exstream’s Dialogue Software
Leading Pension and Financial Services Company Chooses Dialogue to Streamline Document Processes and Improve Overall Service to Customers
Exstream Software, LLC today announced that TIAA-CREF, the leading provider of retirement services in the academic, medical, research and cultural fields, has chosen its Dialogue enterprise document automation software to replace the company’s legacy technologies for document creation. TIAA-CREF chose Dialogue for its ability to provide a single software platform to streamline document-related processes, eliminate redundant work efforts, and reduce compliance risk. In the future, the company plans to take advantage of Exstream’s Dialogue Live software to replace standard, fixed templates with interactive documents that will enable controlled document creation at the financial advisor level. Fully integrated with Dialogue’s document production environment, Dialogue Live will allow TIAA-CREF to use the interactive documents completed in the field to drive fulfillment and other processes, eliminating manual steps and minimizing the number of templates the company currently maintains.
