Richard Troksa
VP Enterprise Software Group IPG Web Services and Software Business
Richard Troksa is leading the Enterprise Software team within Hewlett-Packard's Web Services and Software Business (WSSB) group. In this capacity, Mr. Troksa is responsible for the strategy and delivery of document software products, processes and solutions to enterprise customers around the world. Previously, Mr. Troksa was President and CEO of Exstream Software which was acquired by HP in March 2008. With more than 23 years experience in the technology environment, Mr. Troksa has held executive positions in development, professional services, marketing, and business management. Before joining Exstream, Mr. Troksa was instrumental in the creation and market delivery of many printing and output solutions while working for IBM. He holds a BS in electrical engineering from Purdue University and an MS in engineering from Colorado State University.

Dan Kloiber
Chief Technologist, Enterprise Software Group IPG Web Services and Software Business
Co-Founder and former CTO of Exstream Software which was acquired by Hewlett Packard in March 2008, Mr. Kloiber is 20-year veteran in the document management industry and a respected authority on software architectures for state-of-the-art customer communications and CRM solutions. Other key career accomplishments include the founding of PDR Advanced Technology where he created StreamWeaver, and serving on the board and as executive vice president of PDR Information Services. Mr. Kloiber graduated from Cornell University with a BS in engineering. |
Neal Gottsacker
Director, Worldwide Product Management and R&D, Enterprise Software Group
IPG Web Services and Software Business
Mr. Gottsacker manages the entire portfolio of enterprise software solutions for Exstream and HP Enterprise Fleet and Output Management. He oversees product management, development, quality assurance, and documentation for Dialogue, Dialogue Live, AFP Studio, HP Output Server and WebJetAdmin products. With more than 20 years experience in product management and software development, Mr. Gottsacker most recently served as vice president of product management for Metavante’s EPP (electronic presentment and payment) division. Prior to that, he was the chief technology officer of Mortgagebot.com and a vice president of product development for M&I Data Services. Mr. Gottsacker graduated with highest honors from McKendree College in Illinois. He holds a BS in computing and information science.

Andy Frape
General Manager, EMEA Distribution, Enterprise Software Group IPG Web Services and Software Business
Andy Frape oversees the sales of Dialogue products throughout all industries in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). A 20-year veteran of the document management industry, Mr. Frape was the VP and General Manager for Exstream Software where he had similar responsibilities. His primary responsibilities are to manage and expand Dialogue's existing EMEA customer base and increase revenue across the region.

Kelley Sloane
Director of Marketing, Enterprise Software Group IPG Web Services and Software Business
Kelley Sloane is Director of Enterprise Software Marketing for Hewlett-Packard’s Imaging & Printing Web Services and Software group. Hewlett-Packard acquired Exstream Software in March, 2008, where Ms. Sloane served as vice president of worldwide marketing since the company brought its Dialogue product to market in early 2000. At Exstream, Ms. Sloane was responsible for corporate, product, industry, and international marketing, as well as customer relations and co-marketing partner programs. She was a two-time President’s Club award recipient and was instrumental in Exstream’s fast growth and recognition as the leading enterprise document automation software provider in the industry. Prior to joining Exstream, Ms. Sloane led global marketing and development of Baan Company's distant learning education programs. From 1995 to 1998 she won numerous awards for her analyst relations success at INTERSOLV, a software company in Rockville, Maryland. Earlier, she launched eCommerce software products at GE Information Services in Rockville, Maryland, and developed financial and electronic data interchange (EDI) systems at GE Lighting in Cleveland. Ms. Sloane graduated "with distinction" from the University of Kentucky with a BS in computer science.

Sharon E. Jones
Director of Customer Experience, Enterprise Software Group IPG Web Services and Software Business
Sharon manages Customer Experience for the Enterprise Software Business within HP’s Imaging and Printing Group. Her organization is responsible for defining and implementing the processes and methods to provide the best customer experience for prospective, new, and existing customers. Prior to the formation of the Enterprise Software Business following HP’s acquisition of Exstream Software, Sharon managed the LaserJet Connectivity organization responsible for delivering networking, security, and driver and management software to integrate IPG devices into customers’ environments, small businesses to global enterprises. Sharon has had a long and successful career with HP holding numerous engineering and management positions in the successful Imaging and Printing Business. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University as well as completed the Executive Education program at the University of Michigan through HP’s Accelerated Development Program.
